The book is a testimony to the great diversity in creativity that is being done across Europe. Over 800 pieces of awarded work in 19 categories from 18 countries were judged. Of these the jury nominated 83 pieces of work and of these they awarded 14 Gold and the overall Grand Prix Award - Europe's top creative honour went to Portugal.

On Saturday 31 July 2004 over 450 Award winning pieces of work from around the globe, in 19 different categories, sat side by side to be judged by 40 top European creatives. After a long and rewarding day the work was filtered down to 125 Nominations and from these 16 Gold's were awarded and the overall Grand Prix Award, Europe's top creative honour, went to Germany.
