After Italian lockdown, BK needed to inform customers of their restaurants' reopenings. It was necessary to be brave and newsworthy and to take into consideration the fear of people in returning to restaurants. So, we launched The Social Distancing Whopper, the sandwich that keeps others away from you thanks its triple quantity of onions. The result was beyond expectations: more then 3 billion media impressions, engagement +98%, +65% in overall sales during the campaign.
