According to „Guiness World Records“ Hiltl in Zurich is the first vegetarian restaurant in the world. It was founded in 1898 by Ambrosius Hiltl and is now run by the fourth generation of the Hiltl family. In Switzerland, Hiltl is a famous traditional brand.
