Leadership Acumen is the creative approach driving the Berlin School’s academic and corporate learning focus. It is a way of thinking, a methodology – plus a repertoire of professional and human skills to challenge leaders to engage in new ways of leading people and organizations to greater performance.
The content of the ADCE two-day program has been constructed to follow a natural learning flow to suit the fundamentals of the Leadership Acumen approach. With that, it is guaranteed that the program becomes a perfect balance of academic input and daily business context that will challenge potential candidates. Focusing on the Leadership topic we sensitize participants to the significance of their role within their teams, their organisation and in their industry. We look at the power of leadership and focus on the individual’s personal leadership skills in order to stay ahead of the competition.
