ADCE is marking the year 2017 as a tipping point for truly borderless creativity. And what better way to kick-start that than with a new edition of High Potentials?
High Potentials brings together new European talent and connects them with those looking to hire them. But these aren’t just any jobs. They’re career-changing jobs from new and unexplored countries, encouraging young creatives to go outside their comfort zone and connecting them with the people who want to bring them in – agency bosses, creative directors and HR managers.
Since its inception in 1991, ADCE’s mission has been to connect the European community into a borderless creative network. High Potentials is our way for European creatives to exploit this network for good, fostering new cross-cultural links between new and experienced professionals, and providing them with opportunities to further their careers.
The latest edition will see a fresh crop of creative youngsters travel to Munich for the opportunity to showcase their portfolios and talents in front of Creative and HR Directors from all over Europe. Companies represented will include thjnk, Serviceplan, DDB Berlin, McCann EMEA, Grabarz & Partner, and Publicis Pixelpark.
The list of young creatives taking part is as follows:
Hekuran Abdyli | Fernando Aguiar | Sophia Armenia | Carolina Valério | Benjamin James Barber | Rita Castelo Branco | Nico Carrassi | Sina Collins | Moritz Fischer | Ahmed Fouda | Ricardo Gruber | Stephen Mader | Jennifer Moreno | Inês Mota | Edmundo Murillo | Ana Pradas | Sara Rosset | Natalia Salat | Linda Söderholm | Ziila van den Born | Anabela Vasková | Alexander Wegmann
For the CDs and HRDs, it’s a chance to bring in some new perspectives and diversify their departments. But for the talent, it could be the chance of a lifetime, to harvest experience in new countries and work alongside international peers.
